Geek T-shirt

I'm posting the PCstitch pattern for the t-shirt I made for my lovely and geeky husband. I don't know where I got the pic of the original design on the internet, so I hope it's not copyrighted or anything like that... If anybody knows where it comes from, I'll credit the author or just take my pattern down.

Edit: Apparently, the original t-shirt is sold on Etsy. Is it still fine to post the pattern here? Will the author claim my head on a silver plate?
