My sister's actual name is Okami. I'm gonna make this for her.

This is FANTASTIC! Love the aesthetic of Okami, and you captured it perfectly!
I've downloaded the pattern, and I'm starting it tomorrow... maybe I'll be done by the time the new DS game releases.

I love the pattern! Thank you so much!
Is there any way you could post a pattern without the backstitching? The pattern without gridlines helps but it can still be difficult to see some of the squares around the backstitching.

This is so gorgeous, thanks for the pattern! I'm making it as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend
Has anyone who has completed the bookmark tell me about how many hours it took them? Thanks!

Re: Okami bookmark pattern
I just finished a rather large Windwaker pattern and was looking for something a little smaller to do next. I've been using the same bookmark for over 6 years now, and it is all torn up and bent, so I think it's time to retire it and move on. So this project is just perfect!
Plus, it gives me a chance to try out 22 count Aida. I've only ever used 14 count, so it is going to be a challenge. I've already started and my eyes were pretty strained after the first couple lengths, so it might take me a little longer than I was anticipating to get going. Not to mention I'm using a needle that is probably a little too big for 22 count Aida.
Still, I'm very excited about this one!
