Help identifying sprites

Can anyone help me with what game these sprites are from?
There's no attribution and since I'm not a big gamer it could be really obvious and I still wouldn't get it.

They are from Fire Emblem... A GBA one... I THINK sword of flames, though the colors are a little off. It could be from Sealed Sword, or from one of the other older ones but its hard to tell, TSR doesn't have much enemy wise from them. I don't think its Sealed Sword though, the dragon in that one doesn't have as spiky a tail.
