pattern request

There was a stitching previously posted on the website which I want to do and would be greatly appreciative if someone could make me a pattern for it.
This is the previously posted picture:

It shouldn't be a hard pattern to make, thanks in advance for any help

I saw that same stitch a while ago and I'm dying to do it, myself. I just have to find the time. I made the pattern with Stitch. Enjoy!

I finished this one quite a while ago, turned out perfectly, thanks again for the pattern. And the gift went over even better than I could have imagined
