LOTR Map
I have been trying to make a decent pattern of the map of middle earth from LOTR, but I suck at it! I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out?
I realize that the finished piece will end up being pretty big, but I want it to be detailed, so whatever works. This is the link to the picture that I've been working with.....

Thanks in advance for any help. You guys rock!

Re: LOTR Map
I've been working on Thor's Map!! I've ended up scrapping it and starting again a few times. Now I'm doing the top center part of it. I thought that would be too big as a whole.
This will be huge to do. Good luck to anyone who takes this bad ass pattern on!!! Would love to see the pattern!

Re: LOTR Map
Hope this is ok for you. I've designed this one for 22 count aida, which will make it 14.5 inches square approximately. I think all of the big place names are legible, it's just the smaller place names that are unreadable, though I could try to fix that if you want.

Re: LOTR Map
Seriously AWESOME. Thank you SOOOOOOOO much! I am working on something for my sis's new baby right now, but will be starting this one ASAP. I know it'll take forever, but I'll post pics as I go along.
Thanks again....this was really nice of you!
One thing though....I can't seem to open the .sth file...from searching this site, it looks like all you need is kgchart to open it, which I have on my computer, but I must be having an idiot moment and can't figure it out???

Just download the chart from here, then open it in KG chart.

That's weird, you should be able to open it. Try downloading the latest version from here: http://www.iktsoft.net/kgchart-en/

Re: LOTR Map
I came across that one yesterday as well. The patterns are both insane. @.@
