Sprite Stitch Board!

I would like a pattern for the portal from Portal. If anyone could make one or knew where to find them I'd love them long time.

So, yeah, the blue round thing. In not too many colours (Just the blue, don't worry about the background or the inside). It needs to fit in my 3 inch hoop.

Or if you have to make it bigger, I'll attempt to compress it.

I'd do it myself, but I'm stuck using my Dad's computer which only has MS paint.

When I get a power supply for my laptop, I'll have a go at making my own. I was just hoping that the set of portal patterns I found a while ago had something appropriate (Which they didn't) or anyone had seen something that'd work.

My plan is to stitch a blue portal onto a tie, then cut out the centre of the tie and sew some contrast fabric to the back. Then make another tie the same, but with an orange portal instead and different contrast fabric. Then get two people to wear the ties with shirts matching the other tie's contrast fabric. Viola! Awesome.

I have exactly what I want in my head, but no way to make it. I'll just have to work on my xkcd or my pokemon stitching instead for a while.

Hmmm... Interesting. I'll give it a think, see if I can come up with anything.

Looking at one of my ties...the pattern will be about 6" by 2.5"? so depending on the aida waste fabric that gives an idea of the size needed...

I'm reloading portal on my computer again to see if I can get a nice clean screenshot to make this easier.

here are some more straight on portal screenshots, which I think for the tie is more what you want, as opposed to a weird angled shot...
