80s cartoon collage

I would be eternally grateful if someone could make this into a pattern for me. My sister is going into hospital, so thought this would be a cool thing to make and cheer her up with. We are both 80s babies I found an image online, which has all our favorite cartoon characters on it: care bears, wuzzles, gummi bears, ghostbusters, gi joe, he-man, teenage mutant ninja turtles, transformers, she-ra, pound puppies, flintstones, smurfs, strawberry shortcake, rainbow brite and the jetsons.

If you would be interested in helping me with this and would like to see the image that i found, please see attached.

Many thanks in advance for any/all help/advice. This is going to be a monumental one to do, but I'm really excited cuz my sis will LOVE it!!
