I was wondering if anyone could make me patterns for a set of Starfleet badges - I found a .gif that was perfect but it was only of Command; I would love to have Communications and Sciences as well (it's for a family of friends)
I would like it to be approximately 3"x3" given it's for a whole family, and .pdf format as I don't have any other programs. Thank you for your help!
Do you want 3 separate patterns or just one pattern with all three? I found this image: http://www.cygnus-x1.net/links/lcars/bl ... -03-00.jpg Are those the three that you want? (you said communications, but I think that you meant the engineering/support services insignia).
I'm at work so I can't do it right now, but I might be able to get something done tonight.
I will get to them as soon as I can, but my in-laws and nieces are unexpectedly coming into town tonight, so it might be a day or two.

I might just use this as a basis for the other insignias. Keep in mind, though, that this logo is around 70x50 stitches, which on 18 count aida would be ~3.9"H x 2.8"W. (It would probably fit nicely in a 4x6" frame). Are those dimensions OK?
OK, these took me some time - I had to actually redraw them on graph paper to get them to fit into a 54x54 grid (3" squared using 18 count aida cloth). But I think that they turned out OK! I used the background color for each of the different classes, but you could make them plain black & white if you wish. I only ask that you give proper credit!
