Spyro pattern

Could someone please help me make a pattern with this image? It's far too large when I put it into kgchart and it just becomes distorted and weird looking whenever I try to shrink it. I was hoping to make it no more than 10 inches in height or width and about 10 or so colors.

With a height of 10 inches, this is what I came up with after altering some of the colours a little. Let me know if this is ok, and if you would like changed.

I love Insomniac games so much! :D I was lucky enough to visit their Burbank studio and shake hands with the CEO Ted Price back in 2002 :D Good memories.

ha wow! I don't really know much about Insomniac, but I've played as many Spyro games as I can. And recently my boyfriend and I dug out some old ones and started playing again and I decided I needed to stitch him! :D

You're welcome, I've also added this one to my to do folder :D Oh, forgot to mention that the pattern is done for 14 count aida, that's what I usually use and you didn't ask for anything in particular, hope that's ok

I have to admit, I stopped playing Spyro games after Insomniac lost the IP license to Universal (idk who has it now). At least the more recent game have been good but nothing quiet beats the original for the PSOne, the drummer from the Police did all the catchy music :D Now I think I will add Ratchet & Clank patterns to my to-do list ;) thanks for the inspiration!
