Finding Dory pattern?

Hi! I'm brand new to this forum and I was hoping someone could help me out. I want to stitch a Finding Dory thing for my mom but I can't find a good pattern anywhere. Can someone take this picture and turn it into a pattern? I've attached it to this post.
It doesn't matter what size it turns out to be, a big project is ok but I'd prefer the coloring to be in DMC colors please. 18-count Aida Fabric and um....idk what else I need to specify. I'd really love it if this could be a pattern. I really want to do this for my mom.
