help me sprite stitch collective, you're my only hope!

And I have very little hopes for this one... Please see attached picture that I am hoping someone may be able to work wonders on. I have searched and searched and can't find a larger image (or the original) image... is there any way for this to be somehow made into a cross stitch pattern? I know its too small and that if I enlarge it it will go to pot and that the colours will need cleaned up.

I am not in the least bit fussed about how many colours it winds up having (if it is possible), or the size of the thing; I don't shy away from a small project.

If its too much of a tall order, no worries at all. Figured it'd be worth an ask.

I love this anime!!!! Just finished it this past semester. Here is the pattern I came up with using KG Chart. It appears to work. I do not know how to make it into .pdf.
