I was wondering if someone can generate a pattern for this image. I would like it iff possible around 6.9 inches high and on 14 count fabric. Thanks :-)

Or if anybody can get something similar? Would be perfect for my boyfriend for his birthday with his last name above it. Would be greatly appreciated :-)

Here you go! 2 colours, black and grey, I took out the white background and stitches and it measured approx 5.2 x 6.9 inches.
