how big would this be if I did it.

It would depend on the count of the fabric you used. Here are some approximate sizes:
14 count= 28.6 x 23 inches
18 count= 22.2 x 17.9 inches
22 count= 18.2 x 14.6 inches.
That is without changing the size of the image. We can reduce the size of the image, but the more it is reduced the more detail is lost.

I would also love this pattern. My boyfriend is a HUGE DBZ fan and he'd be so excited if I could turn something like this out for him.
