Humulus lupulus Linné

This really has nothing to do with games of any kind but I hope someone will help me anyway since I still haven't learned to make my own patterns. My bonussisters uncle turned 60 but we can't go to his party 'coz of distance so I want to make him a cross stitch.

He likes to make his own wine and beer so I figured something along those lines, the pattern shouldn't be to large and complicated. I included a few pictures of Humulus lupulus Linné that is used in bear. If this is to out of it just remove it. Figured it can't hurt to ask although I feel kind of stupid posting it on a game forum.
