I would recommend trying the other way of make the outlines first than manually do each sprite within the box for each property. I think that would work better. I would give it a go if I had more time.

That is a tough one... Would you accept the text in backstitch? It'd be easier to read, then you could frame it in an open glass frame and play on it!

My mom is actually working on a copy of the original game board design from a pattern my brother bought years ago and never completed. The pattern was even designed to work up to match the original game board size if worked on the correct count fabric. Would having that pattern help anyone out there make this version a reality?

That monopoly board pattern is super rare! Is it the 1980's era booklet? I'm trying to track down a copy myself as it's the only monopoly cross stitch pattern that works to size. I've tried to import so many boards into my stitching programs but the writing on each square never comes out legible at 20" x 20"... only at like much huger dimensions!!

I tried to run your WoW board through my many programs but alas, the writing is not legible. Sorry

I haven't looked at the pattern closely enough to know the date, but bro was born 1985, so probably 80s/early 90s. Mom'll be here tomorrow - I'll see what info I can get out of her.
