Howl & Sophie Pattern

Hi, long time lurker and recent registerer here. Found an adorable but tragically small SS from Howl's Moving Castle, but I don't know how to go about making a pattern out of it.

I love the pose (adorable!) and it would be a great cross stitch. Someone more skilled than me, help!

A good size for me would be not too terribly much more than 100-120 wide. As many colors as necessary is alright.

I did a pattern in kg chart pattern maker. I did it 120 wide.
