Okay, I figured that. Just didn't want to assume and jump in without an invite. Thanks. I eagerly look forward to finishing it even more now.

For some reason my account was lost, so I had to make a new one. Here is my submission for the challenge. The reason SURGE no longer exist... Soda Popinski!

Gah! Brought my entire project to work to finish tonight... and forgot to bring a needle. :banghead: Hopefully I can finish it when I get home and get pictures posted on Sunday. Everyone's entries are so fantastic. :) I've had plenty of time to look at them over the last 4 hours.

Alrighty! My first entry for a cross-stitching challenge, the ultimate villain, none can escape the grim fate that awaits each of us, death! The Grim Reaper. He's shown his face in many games, and while usually not the main villain, he's always been among the most feared. But this particular face of death (from the NES game Shadowgate) is not something you can fight, you can only escape him with the right choices to keep you from his awaiting scythe just a little bit longer, but sooner or later you'll make a dire mistake or have an unfortunate accident, and well, he'll merely reply with much delight as your soul is wrenched from its body, "It's a sad thing that your adventures have ended here!!"

And ooh, backside too:

Now to take a few days rest before starting my first cross-stitch of the new year.

Agreed. :nod And I love how you used the black fabric to stitch on. It gives it a really nice shading. Wonderful work!

And I finally finished mine at work last night! Sorry, but there are a LOT of pictures. And the quality is not great because I used my phone. Anyway, I made a travel stitching kit.
