Is the raffle open to everyone or just us/Canada people?

That is a good point. I was going to pay for shipping to Canada/US myself but outside the US/Canada should I give the option if you are willing to pay for shipping? Shipping costs outside US/Canada are normally $40-$120 depending on where you live and how you want it shipped.

What about as suggested on the first page, about taking the shipping cost out of the raffle money. That way it opens up to more people (different countries) so more likely to raise more money overall.

I realized I wouldn't be able to do that. The money either gets sent directly to the charity or if it goes to me it generates a tax income form. I then write off the amount sent to the charity. So if it costs $20 to ship, I get another "income" of $20. Not a good idea for a small business owner.

So it is better for me to just pay the cost of shipping, like I did for the quilt to the charity auction (which was $70 from Canada with insurance by the way, I had to send it 3 day because it took me so long to get it finished).

Ok. So I have uploaded pictures of each square with the game and who made it. I also updated the shipping details. I know square 2 doesn't have the info, I am double checking with the person that made that I have the correct info on it.

So before I made a new thread announcing it and start promoting it, how does it look? Did I miss anything in the descriptions, spell anything wrong, do anything wrong? How are the ticket prices? Fair? The quilt is valued at $5k so I put that as our goal. Should I increase it or is that fine?

I think it looks good. I like how you put about outside the U.S. And Canada can get tickets but they to pay for shipping. Considering what's it's valued at its not to much for the winner outside to pay. I know if I were to win, I would be happy to pay that.
Reading it all flows well too. I think leave to goal at 5k, better to have a smallish one and surpass it then have a bigger one and not reach it. Ticket prices are a good price, affordable, more likely that people will buy quite a few. Too expensive and you won't get people buying.

Awesome. Thanks for the feedback Hellfire! Anyone else have any input? I am planning on "launching" the raffle Friday or Saturday on Craft Hackers and then publicize the crap out of it.

You might want to also add that customs duties will be at the purchaser's expense.
