There is now, I was just about to post about it too!

We'll keep taking designs until 25th April, at which time there'll be a voting period to determine the favourites. Stitching officially begins 2nd May, although if you want to use the vote time to get a head start on borders or text or whatever, you can.

Well, last time we did this we chose our fourth from the designs submitted - I had planned for this time to be the same. But if you do have an idea for your own fourth square, I guess that's fine too!
