I've made 4 test patterns for the Quilt, two from modern games ("assassin's creed - brotherhood" and "back to the future") and two from ancient ones ("monkey island - lechuck's revenge" and "day of the tentacle") ; could you tell me if they fit, if one of them would be better... ? I can make other patterns if you want (if others want to participate and don't know how to make it)
Thanks !

Look in the other thread under "Stitching for Charity 2012". That thread has all of the requirements you need to follow. Other then that I think all four of those are great!! I LOVE the assassins creed one.

Did we ever find out what the quilt went for officially?

Not officially. I could only find out sort of unofficially from a couple of people who were there. Maybe next time we could get someone in? :D

It would be awesome if we could track someone down that is going to glance at the end of the night for the final numbers. :D I know it definitely went for over $1300 from blackmagehearts sluthing around and asking some of the bloggers that were there.
