We only found expensive stuff earlier tonight, but I've been browsing amazon and the like, and found some fairly inexpensive stuff. AND I can get white and yellow, which is exactly what I need for my L.O.Z. piece.
I've never bought anything from amazon.com before; has anyone here had any experience with the site?
There are two different ways to buy from Amazon. The first is from Amazon directly. If you do that they guarantee the products. The second way is through an individual seller that lists on Amazon. (The product will tell you if it is another seller). If there are any problems, a lot of times Amazon will help you with the seller.
I have bought many, many, many things from Amazon. I have a prime membership (so I get 2 day free shipping) and spend a lot of money with them. I highly reccommend buying both from amazon directly and from sellers.
I know that typically we stick to video game inspired crafts, but are we allowed to branch out a bit? I mean, I know it's SPRITE Stitch, but we do allow other crafts and that goes away from the STITCH part. I have a pretty cool idea, but don't want to start on it if it won't be counted. It does fall under geeky nerdary, if that helps

Anything you like! If you have a cool idea, I'm sure we'd all love to see it

Thank you, tnitnetny! I just bought some glow in the dark white and yellow thread, and they'll arrive by Oct. 24. Plenty of time to make my zelda pattern. In the meantime, I had an idea for a portal/mario mashup that I can start as well.
I've also been looking for differing colors....if there were I could really make something cool! Planning on making a few more pieces with the glow...now that I'm addicted to it and all.
I was looking into the different color glow in the dark thread and found that at sublimestitching.com they have a pack with 5 colors, but idk if they actually glow the different colors.
