Is there a sign-up thingie for next year's yet? I remember someone saying something about it, but I can't find a link or anything. Just planning ahead.

Not yet Kareesh. I'm keeping my eyeballs peeled so I can pick my game from last year along with my new one. I picked a kind of obscure game so I wouldn't have the "someone else already picked that" problem. LOL!

Okie dokie. I, too, picked a couple of obscure titles, though they were favorites of my brother and I when we were growing up. I should probably start on the patterns at the very least.

Same here! My brother and I found this game in a video store and said what the heck and rented it. We had a lot of fun playing it! I'm debating on whether or not to pick a second one to try and stitch. I have an idea in mind...maybe I should go and see if I can find a good screenshot somewhere to make a pattern from and that can help me decide.

Re: Charity Quilt(s) 2013
I normally wait to post the sign up until after the dinner auction for Child's Play. I wouldn't want any potential bidders waiting for next years quilt if they see their favorite game.
Speaking of, the dinner auction is tonight!! So keep your eyes peeled on the internet tomorrow for any pictures of our quilt. Does anyone know someone that is going and can let us know how much it sells for?

Sounds like a plan! I'd like to know how much it goes for as well. Everyone did an awesome job on it and it's twin!

Sorry if I've missed the post, but did we ever find out how much the first quilt sold for?

No, we may never know unless someone went to the auction and saw.

Re: Charity Quilt(s) 2013
I found this blog while searching for clues - http://www.blondenerd.com/gaming/childs ... ction-2013. She took a liking to our quilt, and said that it was "going for several hundred dollars" when she saw it. Perhaps we can message her to find out if she knows how much it finally went for?tnitnetny wrote:No, we may never know unless someone went to the auction and saw.

EDIT: I've left a comment, hopefully I might get a reply!
