My package was posted yesterday and should reach it's destination by Thursday or Friday. They'll know what it is because I had fun with sharpies and used some colorful tape.

post reciept incoming to BMH - can't upload photos on me tablet :(

Gift is ready and packaged up - I've just struggled to get to the post office (it was still being refurbished Monday, I've had college today and I'm at an exhibiton for work tomorrow). It will be on it's way by the end of the week, and proof of postage will be heading to BMH as soon as it's gone!

Sorry this took so long, you know with exams and birthday's and what not.
I received some lovely gifts from Ellentje, Thank you so much!
They included a classy pixelhobby keychain depicting couple of notes from an old DOS game called Loom. I have never seen pixel hobby stuff before in person as I don't know of anywhere in Australia that sells it, so that was really cool to see :nod

Next up there is an adorable journey magnet, one can never have too many fridge magnets :P who is now bravely looking over our kitchen.

The third object is a portal pin cushion, the only problem with this is I don't know which side I want to have face up because they are both so cool! There have been a bunch of stray pins and needles laying about my desk for a while with nowhere to go, so this will definately come in handy.

And finally a couple of postcards with a cute Totoro drawing

Today I woke up in such bad mood that when the doorbell rang I think I cursed a little :club: . It was the mail girl and she brought me this great presents from UK. Thank you BMH :). I've enjoyed everything very much. Here's the family photo and the places I chose to put all these awesomeness... Needless to say, I'm not bad humored anymore!!! :yahoo:

I received my gift from kuja.girl yesterday but couldn't post the pictures that I so eagerly took out of excitement due to the site being down.
I love them! She made a pouch with the heart container from LoZ Skyward Sword and a picture of the most awesome gadget in Ratchet & Clank! (Don't worry, I've definitely played the first one, and even had my boyfriend play it this past summer ^^) I've never seen stitching like that but it's so cool! She also included some cute things from her home state of Iowa. It was definitely worth the wait :yahoo: Thank you thank you thank you!
Sorry the pictures aren't the greatest, I was just so excited to get them that I had to take the pictures right then, at which time it was dark outside >.< The closeup of the RYNO was an afterthought, so I apologize for my messy desk.

I'm so glad you know about the RYNO! When I was about half way through it (for the second time) it occurred to me that it's not a series staple (but getting it made you feel so awesome!). The stiching technique for the RYNO is blackwork (sort of). It was my first real attempt with it and I really enjoyed it. I'll post the pattern at some point. I actually made pattern with lots of R&C weapons but it was over the size limit :D I got a little carried away at the planning stage...

You are very welcome! Iowa is my new "home" state, I just moved here this summer. I had trouble locating goofy local stuff but I thought the patch with a pig on it and the cards with the corn-man were pretty funny (Iowa is a huge producer of pork and corn). Sorry they are so corny (I had too). At first I tried to find you a frisbee from the local university (also where I work) for your dog but all they had were basketballs and footballs.
