Count me in! survey sent! :)
I think so, Brain, but can the gummi worms really live in peace with the marshmallow chicks?
I think so, Brain, but if they called them "sad meals" nobody would buy them.

Just a pic of the receipt will be enough for me. :)
Okay, just wanted to be sure.

My favourite part is when i know who my swapie is! Then I despair for an idea and after that, I despair until my swapie says that enjoy the gift... Well it's a lot of despair but i love swaps :yahoo:

Btw, I loved the vault idea...

Debating if I want to do this or not. I mean, I want to, but I've been having issues getting motivated to stitch lately. Maybe this will be the motivation I need? Hmm...

Edit: Decided to do it. I need some motivation to get back into stitching and I think this will be just the thing :nod

Whee, I'm in too! I was hemming and hawwing over whether or not I wanted to commit, but if it's a small project then I can definitely bang out something adorable for a swap partner in time.

Can't wait until I know the 'who' so I can figure out the 'what'!

I'm interested but never done a swap before, what exactly happens? Do we have to make our own patterns? I bet i'll mess it up, and I don't want to be the fly in the ointment...

Well, you get assigned a swap partner and you'll get the survey they filled in with their address and interests. You make something based on what they like and send it to them (secretly) and they get a nice surprise gift.
You don't necessarily have to make your own patterns, you can borrow them from elsewhere or ask for help on the sly! I've helped out with several patterns for gifts in the past :)
