All of the entries so far look great! I have some ideas...have to see if they will work!

Very fun!

I was finishing my latest scarf for Purple Stitch Project (it's a charity that supports kids with epilepsy) and it dawned on me...it's only three colors! So, here's what I hope is the first of 3 entries. For those interested, I knitted.this scarf on size 50 needles, working in stockinette stitch and all three yarns are worked together.

I just realized my current project (the maybe coasters) are actually 5 colors! The three main colors, black outline (and a little bit for pupil), and four stitches of white on the outside of the eye... :sorry: I shall have to find something different for this challenge....lol

I am just too predictable! :P

Anyway, here is my entry for the month, a pokemon zelda mashup, using only three thread colours. I have wanted to try using verigated floss for a while, so this was a good excuse. My local store was out of black aida so I decided to use waste canvas instead... now I remember why I don't do that very often. I hope you like it!

I've never stitched with varigated... when I stitch, I'll do a row of the half stitch and then go back with the other half (so it's more of an assembly line of stitching), rather than make one x, then another, then another (does that make sense?). For varigated, do you have to do it the x way?

I had some other ideas, but they just aren't working out. So, my scarf might be my only entry for the month
