Good god I love tamagotchi's! Why did I never think to stitch one? eesh.

That is an awesome pattern! I started playing with mine again not too long ago, but it died I swear they get so much more touchy after a while! Can't even take 6 hours on their own...

I got one on an iphone app, then after a month realised why I stopped feeding him all those years ago...

I found mine after a massive clean-out of my store room. I got (unreasonably) excited, went out to try and find batteries, then a screwdriver small enough to take the back off, and started it up. After 2 days I wanted to hurl it against a wall and scream 'THIS ISN'T ANY FUN AT ALL!!!'

I agree, though the ones that could connect via infrared kept my social group's attention in high school for a few weeks. We thought it was hilarious that they could have babies together.
