Here is an update of the Zelda project I am working on. Got a decent amount done while watching the Pittsburgh Pens and Pirates play! (Sidenote: I ran into Kris Letang at the Liquor Store last night) I'll Post the pattern for it as soon as I make a final color decision in the bottom right corner where a pit is located.

I also love Studio Ghibli (got the chance to visit the museum when I went to Tokyo). It all started when I watched Spirited Away so I wanted to do a project based on that. Here is a pattern Ive been messing around with.

I'll post the pattern for it in the patterns section. Probably start the Spirited Away or a Dragon Quest project next.

Your Zelda project looks fantastic! What are the stitch dimensions?

Thanks! Its 96x96 (6 inches by 6 inches) on 16 count Aida Cloth. I try to keep the majority of my projects around that size. I find if they are too big I get bored or distracted with other things.

A size and count many of us know well! Perhaps you would consider joining in the charity project next time, as that's just what we use for the squares!

Thanks, I would definately be interested in the charity project next year. I saw some of the things people made for it on the challenges board and they look awesome! I wish I wouldve joined in time to get involved in the swap as well. Im also hoping to have something ready for the Vault in the next day or two!

Well, Dragon Warrior definately introduced me to RPGs when I recieved it with my subscription to Nintendo Power Magazine. I probably fought thousands of these over the course of my many playthroughs. Nothing like spending hours leveling just to move across a bridge and handle tougher enemies.
