Ok everyone....through my extensive searching on the net....and my OCD....i think i found a good site for the mario 4 maps... www.mariowiki.com/mushroom_world you have to search by world name....i.e. Giant land and Grass land.....if anyone else knows of a different site, please share as well

I tried getting the Mario Advance 4 Rom to take screenshots of the maps, however, that game is ESA protected, so there's no working Rom out there that will let it run on an emulator. Getting the screenshots will be pretty difficult, but if someone knows of a way to hook up a GBA to a laptop and take screenshots through that, please tell me so I can try it, because I have the actual cartridge.

Also, new picture in a minute

really? which emulator are you using?
i know on visual boy it would immediately say that the save file is corrupt, despite the fact there was no save file.

if you use visual boy and set it to flash 128k , it works fine.
(Go to OPTIONS>Emulator>Save Type>Flash 128k)

no$gba 2.6 seems to run it fine as well.

Did I miss something? Is there some reason we specifically need the GBA version versus the SNES version. I thought they were exactly the same.

Every level of Super Mario All Stars can be found here:

http://www.vgmaps.com/Atlas/SuperNES/in ... ioAllStars

And each level has a copy of the full world map in it.

The Super Mario World—which is what I assume you meant by SMB4?—is set up the same way:

http://www.vgmaps.com/Atlas/SuperNES/in ... MarioWorld

I checked, they're the correct resolution for the SNES without the score box.

Huh. Would you look at that. I had assumed that the Mario All Stars maps were the same as the NES version, and that the GBA version was the upgraded one. I was wrong, my bad : P

Eh, haha I've got about half of it left. There's a lot of trees and rocks in the right hand side of the map, and that's the part that I like doing the least. I figure at my current pace, I've got about a month left with this, so there's still plenty of time to go : P
