I'm the exact same way. When the kids are playing I can get a bit done, but I mostly stitch when they're "night night."
Feena looks fantastic! I think the colors look great!
"I assure you, Commander, the cards are sufficiently randomized."
Current projects:
Sherlock wallpaper stitch
Quilting
Crocheting
I have a 3 year terror myself and shes always on the go, plus i work full time, so it's amazing i get any of my projects done...I just barely got in my entry for the August challenge
One day my little one tried to help and unrolled like 10 bobbins full of my threads. Aye that was a mess...she had it all over her. She looked like a multi colored can of silly string exploded in here face lol.

OMG YES. My little one is like that. She'd unravel everything if I turned my back! And probably try to stitch something, too.
I've let her try stitching with a little bit of waste thread and a blunt needle. She calls it "so-ying". She managed some crazy stitches before her toys called her away, lol

It's been ages since I uploaded any of my works! Been so busy with the swap and other stuff that I've had no time for anything else! But today is my best friend's birthday, and his brother's too - they are identical twins - so I managed to find time to make them some presents!
For Nick (the best friend), Samus (sprite by AbyssWolf) and the Distant Worlds Final Fantasy logo!
Spoiler
And for Alex, a Skyrim achievement icon (Dragon Soul)!

that is an awesome samus
i can't help but think that there's a frame off to the left, cropped out of the photo, of an equally awesome space pirate about to get blasted by a fully charged power beam from samus' arm cannon

Hehe, nothing so fun. Just my microwave! And possibly a jar of cookies! XD

I'm sure those cookies were hiding something sinister. LOL Seriously, though, beautiful coloring and I am now gonna HAVE to stitch up that Distant Worlds one for an Xmas gift - one of my very good friends sprung for my ticket when it came around this year so it only seems fitting. Is that silver metallic thread for the outline? Any chance I can beg for a pattern? Please please please???
Current projects:
Leftover swap gifts
HP House Scarves
Secret of Mana charity square
Vid game advent calendar

It is just some shades of silvery grey and very light blues, but there's no reason you can't put some metallics in there, whatever you like! I'll put up the pattern as soon as I find it...perhaps it's in that cookie jar...?
