It's a hard choice - but at least it's one with no wrong answer!
I agree with LIMHB - Zelda would be a change of pace. Looks very bold and forthright. On the other hand, SMB2 is super-awesome, and the sampler is super-awesome too. On the other other hand, MYSTIC QUEST

Re: Merrywether's Stitchings - new sampler finished pg 3
Thanks all! I think I will probably start on mystic quest (SMB2 needs some color work, the floss colors aren't quite right yet) and then also work on the zelda at the same time. I know myself and I won't be able to handle doing all that black for long periods of time
Blackmageheart- I will be thinking of you as I stitch the mystic quest sampler
Starrley- Thanks so much for featuring my sampler on the blog!

I think so, Brain, but can the gummi worms really live in peace with the marshmallow chicks?
I think so, Brain, but if they called them "sad meals" nobody would buy them.

So cute!!! And all of the other samplers look fun, too!

Loving that FF one! Can you share the pattern? I'm looking at the adorable chocobo in particular

Re: Merrywether's Stitchings - new sampler finished pg 3
My mega swap partner received her package so now I can post the NES sampler I designed and stitched for her(In case you missed it in the swap thread
) I enjoyed using the black fabric and I love all the bright colors from these NES games
I have started on the mystic quest and zelda patterns. Hopefully I will have some work in progress shots to post soon.
