Love this project, I hope it's going well! I started a similar project back in May, I'm about 2/5 of the way through. (see viewtopic.php?f=3&t=19113)

I might have to steal your idea of the big Pokemon logo at the top, that is if I left enough room...

It may be too late at this point, but in case anyone else is trying a project like this I found that it was a lot easier to mark out a regular grid on the cloth and treat each Pokemon as a separate pattern (see attached). That way I could easily have the pattern up on my phone without having to scroll around a bunch and getting lag from a huge PDF. This did lead to some other challenges though, since each pattern was coloured individually I ended up needing almost the full set of DMC threads (<s> oh noooooo.... </s>). Happy to share the patterns if anyone is interested!
