for a clean tip i keep my stretcher frame with current WIP in a pillow case. they are just the perfect size to tuck a frame in to keep it safe

It's been forever since I posted an update with a progress photo for my epically huge map of Westeros - Super Mario style. I recently photobombed all over my DeviantART account, so here is a photo update for my Game of Mushroom Kingdom cross stitch.

That looks super cool, and is a pretty funny mash up. That ocean looks like it'd drive me to drink eventually.

Oh yeah, that ocean has pushed me over the edge plenty, which is okay when I can switch up my stitching and work on my epic pokemon project for some time. But it is a lot of fun working on this project too - more solid blocks of color/less color changes. I kind of picked opposites when it comes to epic projects, which means switching between the two makes for different stitching experiences.

This mashup is super fun though, and I'm going to jump back into stitching this one pretty soon (I've been working on my epic pokemon project recently).
