Sprite Stitch Board!

Took out an old friend today! Finished the stripe down the right side, and joined it with the horizontal stripe. (sigh of relief when the pattern lines up! )

Looking great! (So glad it lined up well - such a relief when it does!)

This is beautiful! I may have to try the pattern out myself, although it has also inspired me to make something related to classic KidPix. Hmmm . . .

Heh, unfortunately haven't made progress recently; it's sitting in a box. Just saw your question; sorry to bump the thread with no update. I've had two ungodly huge crochet blankets in the past couple years, and i was working on super mario map stitches in between those. Oh, and I had a baby. ^_^ I should pull this one back out though; progress feels quick compared to cross stitch. Thanks for the mental bump

Update! Pulled this guy out the other day when I said I would, and got it mounted on my good frame. Finished out the bottom right corner; a little spot left in the middle of the bottom border, then only the left side left! (Only.. ha. Still a long way to go.)

I was just thinking about this project yesterday, ironic, or maybe you're in my head!!! such a neat idea, I kinda wanna do something like this.
