Sprite Stitch Board!

I got this pattern out of a book. I think it's called "A Cross Stitcher's Oriental Odyssey." The finished size is about 16" high by 13" wide.

And I lost track of timing my progress after the first week, so...

Love it!

I've seen someone else do patterns out of this book, and they all look lovely! I already have 3 Oriental kits in the works for my bedroom, otherwise I would love to pick this up.

And so far, it's looking totally awesome!

I dearly wanted this book and bought it from an Amazon Marketplace shop (for a very reasonable price) only to be told they didn't have the book. The week after, I saw them re-list it for £10 more than the old price, just to keep up with the other moneygrabbers! I was so very sad.

But do keep showing more of this, I love anything like it!

Thanks everyone! I found a copy of the book at the library and copied the pattern so I could return the book on time.

I haven't worked on this in a while. I'm off a little on the stitching and I can't figure out where I goofed.

This is beautiful. I always loved Joan Eliott's designs, and have always wanted to get my hands on some copies of her books.

I've had a Geisha stitching of my own laying around I really want to finish now after seeing this. I'll be sure to post a photo so everyone can see it, too!
