with the exception of some colors I knew I would need multiples of and mom was going to Walmart, which last I checked has DMC for a few cents less than Hobby Lobby)

My Walmart doesn't have a great selection of floss, but it's always cheaper than Michael's/Jo-ann (we don't have Hobby Lobby) unless you have a coupon. Prices do seem to have recently gone up again by a few cents, though.

Mine has an okay selection...not small, but certainly not all of the colors...but they do have White, 310, and 939! I need to see if the price has changed at all.

Celebrated Doctor Who Day by finishing the page I was working on!

Nice . Happy to see more on this piece. I didn't even know it was Doctor Who day until I started seeing the Instagram posts about it. It's probably for the best or I may have been tempted to start a new project instead of faithfully working on my WIPs.

Doctor Who Day should be a worldwide holiday! (I personally found it really odd that BBCA didn't have any episodes on!) And starting new projects can be addicting...been toying with that idea myself!

Hoping that this ends up in the regular rotation more often...so many projects, not enough time!

(blows dust off)...I'm really good at posting updates on Instagram, so-so on my blog...awful on here!

Just a quick update...it was a very stitchy filled weekend for me!

Between the 24 hours of stitching challenge (I stitched 8 hours and 8 minutes...I need sleep and food!) and then then this weekend was my Church's worldwide conference (we have them twice a year)...and I always craft while watching all of that!

I focused on Treasure Hunt Bookshelf and Anne of Green Gables and got a nice bit of stitching done!
