Only if I do the rest of the inner and outer scouts together on one piece in the future.

Prepping my newest project and had to sort out and return my all bobbins that were scattered amongst my recent project bags/boxes. I also wound 15/35 of the newest colors to bobbins and made some more space to put them at the beginning of my boxes. It might be awhile before I get the last 20 colors, but I'm mostly ready for them now.

*All tuckered out from a hard day of bothering Moirae as she bobbinated, sorted and reorganized her floss collection*

I actually made a box for this new start, check out the color palette. (40 colors; 21 blends)

I'd already finished the first 540 stitches, but hope to get some more on it this week now that I've got my threads together.

My first Halloween stitching from this last week. It was a relatively quick stitch, but my first attempt was on fabric that had shrunk to 14x15 and so I restarted it. I salvaged the first attempt though, frogging a little and putting it in a 5" hoop. I wound up using about 2 skeins of black between the two of them. It's kind of funny, but a lot of my recent patterns don't use black except for the all-black text We Do Geek piece. So, it's been awhile since I've used black. Egyptian Sampler doesn't have any, nor does Hairy Pawter or the Sailor Moon suits and, of course, my GoT banner was all red. Even the new Emerald Dragon only uses it for the backstitch.

It's been a month since my last update here and I have lots of stitching to share. I have one new Harry Potter start that I'll show in my next post, but mostly I'm been stitching on my WIP pile.

Added a new line the We Do Geek piece - Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy

I've mostly filled in Cat Thor and made his helmet extra spiffy with 3 colors instead of 1 and used the greys from the new 2017 DMC line. Also, the cloak clasps and his hammer are metallics. I only have the boots and the wings on the helmet to fill in after I do some more color picking/testing. I also started the outline for Hawkeye.

And we haven't seen this one in awhile, but here's some more on my Sewing Room (Sew Cozy).

Wow! All of your WIPs are amazing. Lovely backstitching. Makes me want to work on some despite how much I dread it when finishing up a project. Cat Thor looks super!
