Sprite Stitch Board!

Can anyone get me a pattern for the smoker (Guy with the lonnnnnnng tongue.. Ya know the one he attacks people with) From Left 4 dead? I want to make it for my brother. I want it to look good but I don't a huge project that'll take forever.

Found two custom sprites online, neither are huge. I made into a patten, but the other is a bead sprite, so I gotta make one up if you need that one.
