Monokuma (Danganronpa) Request!

Can someone help me turn this into a cross stitch pattern? Or let me know of a programme (for mac) which I can do it on!
I would like it preferably 16 or 18 count and size isn't really an issue! (I am stitching newb so I'm not 100% sure on sizes as of yet!)
