Sprite Stitch Board!

Just finished this for my Dad's Birthday. Its about 15 by 8 inches on 18 count ecru aida. I did this with just one strand of black thread.
I gave it a wash and iron just for you guys. It's going to be a while before a get this framed. I'll have to iron it again when that time comes.

The pattern is in the patterns section.

awesome! I remember when we were brainstorming about stitching maps from lord of the rings...great job! it looks perfect!

Its took about days to sew but it took ages to make the pattern. I was going to do the whole map but it looked really daunting when I imported it so a cropped it to just that bit. I took about 2 or 3 weeks to clean it up and get the lettering clearer. It could have been sooner but I can't look at the computer screen for hours and hours. Gives me headaches!
