Happy weaponry is fun. (:

Post by Meowgan »

The current theme to my knitting and crochet is happy weaponry.

This is an axe I made for one of my friend's birthdays.

This is a dagger I made for my friend when he got mugged. It protects him and smiles at him.

Next I'll make a morning star and a flail, then a crossbow.

Aww, I love these. The axe is adorable, but I love the idea of a morning star and flail (reminds me of my D&D days!)
How long did they take to make?

Hehe. They took 2 days, including the false starts and the prototypes.

I think the morning star will take longer with its pointy bits.

It reminds me of playing too much Diablo 1 and 2. I never played D&D.

Can you image him pulling this out on his attacker!! He'd laugh his socks off!! Might help. I think these are super cute. Maybe you could make the Master Sword.

These are cute! Looks like something my sister would either make, or have around her apartment.
