Sprite Stitch Board!

Last august I started working on project Chucky.
It's going to be about 30 by 40 centimeters, on black Aida 18 ct.

I've just started a new study and I have to travel by train everyday for an hour and a half. Plenty of time to stitch along the way.

It's going to be a birthday present for my brother. His nickname is Chucky, because of his ginger hair and freckles.

Okay, I'm just going to say it...I hate this project!! I'm sure you are stitching it beautifully and I definitely admire how absolutely huge it is but it's been 20-odd years since my first introduction to Chucky when I was a little girl and I still have nightmares. I can't be at home without hearing the pitter-patter of little feet behind me when I'm going up the stairs!!

Great job though! I'm glad you're not a scaredy-cat like I am. I don't think I'd be able to work on a project like this and just see his face come alive! Man, I sound like a freak in this post!!
