Cyanide and happiness

i got bored one day and decided to make something a little different, then i pulled out the cyanide and happiness book- with this picture on the cover
For those of you who don;t know cyanide and happiness, it's a comic on explosm.net- be warned- it has some very crass humour (and should not be viewed by the easily offended).

I LOVE Cyanide & Happiness - I check the explosm website daily to check out the new comic, and got both books AND a naked sleazy plushy for Christmas! haha. (Yes, I love it that much) Is there any chance that you'd be willing to share the pattern?
