My one-year old just recently got a kitchen, and even though it came with a lot food-type stuff, I wanted to make her some food out of felt. I've never done anything like this before, so I was very pleased with the results. So far I've only done strawberries, but I'm hoping to add some more to her pantry.
The strawberries are made out of felt and all hand sewn.

Those are super cute! I can't wait to see what else you come up with. I know I would have loved to have those when I was a kid!

They're adorable! I can't wait to see what else you make.
And your one year old?? It seems like you just had your baby.

I know, right? A week from today she'll be 16 months! Where has the time gone?

My husband and I had another craft night, so I decided to get around to making the tomato I kept saying I was going to make. It turned out...okay. All the instructions I found online left it inside out and I wondered why. Well, now I know. It's a pain in the butt to flip it. On the backside (not seen in the picture) I did end up putting some stitches on the outside. I plan on making another one and trying to figure out a better way to do it.
Also, I didn't make the green thingie as big as I would have like. Just sorta cut it out and put it on there and went, "Oh, well that's a bit small." But I think it's pretty good considering everything.
