Sprite Stitch Board!

I had an idea.

Basiclly, a Sprite Stitch 'Guild' or some over name... But a collection of artists/sellers who sell video game stuff.
Everyone pays in a small amount.

That way, we have a big amount of money to do adverts, etc, which means we can get more ads/better ads, and we can get more exposure, thus; selling more.

We could have a website devoted to it, so if anyone wanted video game stuff, people could go there and get what they want, instead of searching for ages to try and find stuff on etsy, etc.

We could either make our own shop on the website, or use etsy treasury to do it, kinda like this: (Which links back to etsy, and so you get all the profit.) Anyone interested? For it to be viable I think we'd need about $20-$30 each for a year, and about 5+ people...

I would be interested, sir. Most interested.

I would love to do somethin like this, but the nature of my business doesn't let me do an on line "store" since I am commission only for the most part.

Well it was just an idea, it will need refining.
In my head I had it as a big store, then you could look at the artist's pages, and contact them if you wanted about commissions, etc.

If you have a better idea though, I'm all ears.

thats a cool idea. ad buying is so expensive on your own, but as a collective it could be affordable to advertise on some of the bigger sites.

I'd probably be interested in joining, I'd have to figure out something to sell right now, I've got a few projects in the works though.

I will probably be interested in this as well. I've been getting things organized to sell lately.

Maybe we can rig up a combo system?
Buy this pattern for X
Can't stitch and want it made for you
Person Y will make it for Z

We are finding this kinda of stuff in my interactive book business. We make a tool, but then people don't want to make it but have us make the book for them.

I would be interested as well. My etsy shop (for the moment at least) has my super quick mini hama bead jewelry for sale since I can have those made and ready to ship out in a day. But it would be nice to have something like this to get a word out better on other commission work I do for people that don't know me through my blog, etc. And I want to start making plushies! This sounds like a good idea
