Sprite Stitch Board!

Hey I hope someone can help me out here with a strange request/issue i am having.

I am currently doing the Zelda light world map and at one symbol I need DMC 988. I have purchased the colour, months back and am finally ready to use it. However it seems awful lime coloured for where I am putting it. I feel it should be more forest green than lime.

My colour is not forest green it is defiantly LIME .

Could one of your lovely peeps who owns all the colours check your bobbin/skien of 988 and let me know what colour you see?

I have a feeling I wrote the wrong number on the bobbin by accident . I think my 988 looks like http://www.123stitch.com/item/DMC-Six-S ... 19/DMC3819 that instead which makes it out to be i wrote down wrong number.

I just want someone else to help me clarify what colour 988 should be so I know I either do or do not have right colour. I would just go look at the store but I don't have time/money to visit micheals right now. I tried looking online but according to ever colour swatch i have seen i am wrong. i just want a real life comparison.

Here's my 988. Seems Forrest green to me.
