Sprite Stitch Board!

This has been a wip for over a year and a half now - going to get it finished eventually i swear!

here is session 1 - outlining of my arm (3 hours) this is session 2 - some coloring (2 hours) session 3 - moar colors (2 or 3 hours) I didn't take any pictures after session 4 - but it was all the original outline filled it
session 5 - started outline on my back and filling **btw the little gryphon on my back is in no way game related - it was from university (woot woot U of Guelph Gryphons!!)

They look great Samarin! I'd like to get some ink done (maybe some game related but my first piece I want done is wolf related) but I never have the extra money to bother so I haven't. LOL!

I can't get a tattoo - my religion prohibits it. But I have no problem with people getting ink if they want it. I think yours is pretty awesome.

Well, ok, confession - not just my religion, but my personality changes so often that it would be difficult for me to even get something that permanent. I'd probably do a fun henna thing from time to time. I'm such a spaz.

Anyhoo - yeah, yours is true gamer dedication. And I think it's awesome.

Nice. I've thought about getting a Doctor Who tattoo, but I'm not 100% sold on the idea, so I haven't. I do have a tattoo underneath my wedding ring. It's the infinity symbol but in the shape of two hearts. For me, it's a meaning that I'm always married to my husband, even if I'm not wearing my ring. Also, I can't take it off and throw it at him in anger or whatever.

Not yet, but I still have plans to get Bahamut and Tiamat battling against a thunderstorm background for a full upper left sleeve at some point (Final Fantasy VIII mythos). Also, I currently have a rat on the outside of my left ankle and I plan to get a Raichu on the inside of my left ankle since he's an "electric rat" in my eyes. It'll be my rat ankle! Very tempted to get a Cubone, too, but can't think of where/how.

No game related tats, yet, but I have plans for some. I want to get a half-sleeve, but I'm unsure if it's going to be just Zelda related or if it's going to be Nintendo themed. I'm debating doing two half sleeves...one all Zelda and one Nintendo (minus Zelda). I also want to get something Portal related...maybe the Companion Cube or the portals. No time nor money for any of that right now, though.

yeah thats why mine is on hold, once i get my back filled in i plan on getting the full sleeve finished, but very expensive...so many games to buy!
