I haven't had a chance to start stitching yet. Hoping to start next week. But I thought I'd share a picture of my kiddo helping me get all of my threads.
My nephew just finished the 2nd phase of his cancer treatment at Sick Kids Hospital so charities like Child's Play mean a lot to our family.

So cute! My daughter usually tries to take all of them out and then crawls away leaving a mess.mooglegirl wrote:I haven't had a chance to start stitching yet. Hoping to start next week. But I thought I'd share a picture of my kiddo helping me get all of my threads.![]()

It's kids like your nephew that make Child's Play such an awesome cause to support. If we can help even one child smile during an illness or hospital stay, then it's all worth it.mooglegirl wrote:My nephew just finished the 2nd phase of his cancer treatment at Sick Kids Hospital so charities like Child's Play mean a lot to our family.

Even speed reading lessons would probably not helpDuckyBelkins wrote:Apparently you can google techniques to learn how to read faster, unfortunately I think stitching won't be as easy.Ishtar wrote:Started last night! Should be working on a christening present (ideally) due 10th, but I just had to start.
I wish I could stitch AND read faster. Would make my life so much easier
Ok, I have been naughty and done more work on it... No more on Christening present *walks off whistling innocently*
I just have the urge to stitch Neku, not a cute little girl.

Pretty much all black done except a few small patches. Just started another colour while watching Mad Men.

Just make sure to add your name and design to the google docs on page one so they can keep track of the games being done and welcome aboard!mushiva2000 wrote:Hello from Japan. I wanna take a part of this project! My 96X96 screenshot is below.

That will make such a cool looking cross stitch, and look great as part of a quilt! Can't wait to see the finished product!mushiva2000 wrote:Hello from Japan. I wanna take a part of this project! My 96X96 screenshot is below.
