I've been meaning to add cross-stitches to polo shirts for a while, and finally got around to creating - a ChocoPolo!

great idea!
Did you stitch straight on the shirt or attach it somehow?

I have a massive amount of waste canvas (long story) so I attached a small square of it to the shirt with a few stitches, and then stitched directly into the canvas and fabric of the shirt. Soaking the whole assembly for a few minutes with warm water makes the waste canvas unbond, and it's easy to just pull the canvas threads out leaving the stitch behind.
I've gotta make more of these :)
And the shirt itself was relatively cheap ($15)!

As a Choco enthusiast, this deserves three loud warks! :choco
My husband requested ties with vid game themes - can't wait to break into my own store of waste canvas (it's been sitting looking sorry for a few months now).
Current projects:
Leftover swap gifts
HP House Scarves
Secret of Mana charity square
Vid game advent calendar
