I noticed that too! :)
I'm also pleased with how quickly the surveys are coming back. My email inbox didn't know what hit it this weekend lol :D

I only need a few more, but there's still all week to get those in! And to the people who've already sent me theirs - if there's anything you want to add or change, do let me know! :)

I came up with 17 (I may be a bit off.) Out of those 17, 15 have already filled out their surveys! I figure that that's a good sign that pretty much everyone who signed up will deliver! Just wanted to share.
If they don't try it now, they will stay noobs ;)
But it's not because they haven't posted much or didn't put their work on the site, that they are noobs. It not fair :)
It's my first time too and I can say that I'm kinda nervous, but in a good way :D

When I say noobs or newbies, I just mean new people to the forums. I don't mean they have no skills! And I am very much looking forward to seeing what everyone, noobs included, make for their swappies! :D

too late to join in? Ah well I nominate myself as an alternate in cause someone drops out! That way you can have an even number...

Seeing as we have had such a good response from the newbs, it looks like there's no problem at all! Go noobs!

EDIT: Changed it to 'newbs' to make ristvak happy :D

Re: SEPT/OCT Mini Swap - Sign ups re-opened until Saturday!!

Since most people returned their survey quickly, with only a couple left to go, I'm opening up the sign ups again.
I know there's a few people I thought would sign up but haven't been around, and maybe some other people who wanted to and missed the time (even though I thought I'd given plenty :P)

So, if you missed the sign ups before, and want to join then PM me a completed survey by Saturday, and I'll add you to the list!

Copy/paste this somewhere and answer the questions. Feel free to add anything that you think your swappie should know, like you have 500 bookmarks or a million coasters
After Saturday, I'll take some time to organize everyone's partners and I'll PM you all your info for you to start work on September 1st (which is next Thursday)!
