Lakitu Key ring (SMB1, double sided)

Post by HerrPersilja »

First off, I must say, going through the pages on spritestitch and seeing all the effort and creativity that's been put into all these project makes my heart warm. Keep on stitching those sprites! :)

My idea was to stitch a double sided key ring with Lakitu from Super Mario Bros. 1
Stitched both sides, one reversed, but when sewing the two pieces together... well...

I searched the web, found this forum and got some tips on how to do.
I tried again, but wasn't happy with the result .
Then I found the solution: plastic canvas! Wunderschön!

No, no! You're right :D

Plastic canvas is pretty much the only thing I use.

Haha this is so cute!
You can still salvage your other attempt, just make them into patches!
